Visit the Register page and fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a password of your choice. Once submitted, you will receive a one-time verification code on your mobile number. Enter that code to confirm your account and you are in. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Chatki is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. When you register, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We take this seriously — accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance will be handled according to our Terms and Conditions.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions. If you have lost access to an old account, contact our support team — they can help you recover it rather than creating a new one. Multiple accounts may result in suspension of all related accounts.

If you can log in to your account, you can update your contact details from your profile settings page. If you have lost access to the mobile number linked to your account and cannot log in, reach out to support via live chat with some identity verification details and the team will update it securely for you.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Chatki supports the payment methods most commonly used in Pakistan. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion charges on your end.

The minimum deposit on Chatki is kept low so players can start with a comfortable amount. Exact minimums depend on the payment method you choose and are shown clearly on the deposit page after you log in. Most methods have a minimum starting from a few hundred PKR.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. If your deposit has been deducted from JazzCash or Easypaisa but has not appeared in your Chatki balance within 15 minutes, first refresh your account page. If it is still not showing, contact support with the transaction reference number from your mobile wallet — the team can trace and credit the payment manually.

Chatki does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank to understand any third-party fees that may apply on their end.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after you register and make your first qualifying deposit. You do not need a promo code in most cases — just sign up, deposit, and the bonus is applied. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before those bonus-related winnings become withdrawable. Your real money balance is always separate and can be withdrawn at any time.

Bonuses are usually credited within a few minutes of the qualifying action — typically a deposit or a specific game session. If your bonus has not appeared after 30 minutes, log out and back in, then check your bonus wallet. If it is still missing, contact support with your deposit confirmation and the team will look into it right away.

Yes, most bonuses at Chatki have an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date they are credited, depending on the offer. If a cricket match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result are bowled, most bets are voided and the stake is returned to your account in full. For matches that are decided by DLS method or shortened but still have an official result, bets are generally settled on the official outcome. Winning bets are settled and credited to your balance as soon as the official result is confirmed — usually within minutes of the match ending. For live betting markets, settlement happens in real time as each ball or over is completed. Once settled, the amount appears in your main balance and is available for withdrawal or further play immediately.
