Chatki Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chatki platform, including all games, betting features, account services and any related tools available through the website. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on Chatki, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If there is any part of these Terms you do not agree with, you should not use the Chatki platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a Chatki account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Chatki is an adult entertainment platform and is strictly not available to anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person – corporate entities, organisations or automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as an agent.
• You must not already hold an active Chatki account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of Chatki or any of its affiliated companies.

Chatki reserves the right to ask for age verification documentation at any time. If a player cannot confirm they meet the eligibility requirements, their account may be suspended and any balance held pending review.

3. Account Registration

When you register on Chatki, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being closed without notice.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one Chatki account. If you are found to have opened multiple accounts – whether using the same details or different information – all associated accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Chatki staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately.

Account verification: Chatki may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your account activity. This is a standard process to protect both the player and the platform.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Chatki are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed directly through the JazzCash network.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa system.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers through the Raast interbank system.
• Bank Transfer – direct deposits from your bank account to your Chatki balance.
• Debit and Credit Cards – card payments in PKR where supported by your card issuer.

Deposits are credited to your Chatki account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Chatki does not hold your funds in a foreign currency at any point. Your balance is always displayed and operated in PKR.

Chatki does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method you use for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other people will be subject to review and may be returned.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Chatki are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, E asypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Chatki will require you to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process that involves confirming your name, date of birth and the payment method you are withdrawing to. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard processing timeline.

Withdrawal rules:

• You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you and have met any applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering conditions outlined in Section 6 before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Chatki reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or outside normal account activity patterns.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours may be queued and processed on the next available business day.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Chatki offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including any wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Chatki reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• Chatki reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If Chatki identifies that a player or group of players is abusing a bonus offer – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other form of manipulation – the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to the same currency rules as regular account balances.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Chatki platform – including slots, live casino tables, fish games and sports betting – operate according to their own specific rules. These game-level rules are displayed within each game and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game.

Slots and Casino Games: The outcome of all Chatki slot games and table games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Chatki does not influence game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are averages calculated over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

Sports Betting: All bets on cricket, PSL, T20 matches, football and esports are subject to the specific betting rules displayed in the sportsbook section. Chatki reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, match suspension or abandonment, or verified match integrity concerns.

Technical issues: In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game session, Chatki will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Game rounds that cannot be completed due to a verified platform fault may be voided and any stake returned. Chatki is not liable for losses caused by your own internet connection or device issues.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Chatki platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or obvious error may be voided.
• Collusion with other players in any game format, including live casino or sports betting pools.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the Chatki platform, games or software.
• Using Chatki for any purpose that could constitute money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users in any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

Chatki is committed to supporting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for adults. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be approached as such. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be used as a financial strategy.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you deposit.

11. Limitation of Liability

Chatki provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• Chatki is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet outages or device failures outside its direct control.
• Chatki is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Chatki's total liability in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of that incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Chatki's liability for fraud or actions taken in bad faith.

12. Changes to Terms

Chatki may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players through their registered contact details or a platform notification. Your continued use of Chatki after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
